Why don't you want the UTEC anymore? Al from dynoflash might be able to come to the Naple/Fort Myers area the begining of Nov. is I can get enough people. A friend of mine and me are for sure I think we could set it up if we got 1 or 2 more people.

I am not busy Monday or Tuesday if you want to get together.

I'd be up for that...I'm just going with a flash to keep it simple. Once I get a MBC and panel filter, I'm done with the power mods. I have a turbo back currently. I don't want the temptation of tuning the car. I'm more than capable of tuning it myself but the whole point was to avoid messing with the car for the most part. If Al comes down, where would we dyno? There's no AWD unit in Naples. I had Jester Tuning do the initial tune on the UTEC but we had some issues revolving around boost. I didn't have the MAP sensor for the tuning session so it was just the ABC which did nothing but fight with the stock ECU. I pretty much wasted $400 for the tuning session although Jester did say he'd put the money towards a custom flash.

 

Al was going to be in Orlando the 2nd and 3rd and West Palm the 5th. Hopefully he could come down here the 4th and road tune a few cars.

 

The MR tail has amber backup lights whereas mine are still clear. Plus going through EvoDave saves you a good bit of cash!

 

Crap, I tell ya if I didn't already pay Jester for the tune, I'd do it! What sort of cost are we looking at for a road tune?

 

Base flash with no tuning is 175, Custom flah is 375, and the ECUTEK is 650.
