Official "Electric Blue" Picture Thread
Sorry In advance for the camera phone pics. I wish I had a better camera for the Volks. The pics in no way do those wheels justice.
Previous wheels: 18x9.5 +28 Volk LE28N Gold with polished lip (I still dream about these)

Current Wheels: 18x9.5 +20 Rota Grids in gold
Autox stance

Dropped stance

The Rota's are coming off and 17x9.5 Enkei RPF1's are replacing them. I am still trying to decide on SBC/Gold/Silver/Black/Gunmetal. I can have these professionally painted any color.

I sold the volks to afford a spring break cruise for my brother and I. The rest was enough to afford rota's. I am going to be completely honest when I say I get basically the same gratification from the Rota's then I did wih the Volks. I am swapping to RPF1's because 17" tires cost $100 less per tire than 18's and 16.5 lbs per wheel is too good to pass up. Grids Weigh in at 22lbs per wheel I believe so that is 22 lbs of unsprung weight savings just from the wheel swap.

Those people need to come back to reality. At the end of the day I get the same amount of stares and comments on the Rota's that I did with the Volk's. Also I hated looking out a window every five minutes making sure my wheels were still on my car where as the Rota's I am not too worried. Funny story actually as my neighbor had a charger with cheap *** 22's parked next to mine and was put on bricks that night while mine remained untouched, this was while I had my Volk's.
