I have contacted parts and over $1000 in parts are needed for the conversion.

Is this a or accolade bumper?

How much?

Was it hard to do?

This is the real deal mitsubishi front.

It's not hard to do just expensive.

there's not much that really can transfer over except the metal reinforments by the headlight that are riveted on.

i also made a custom bracket which holds down the front grill with the mitsu emblem. a oe piece would probably be stronger, but i already broke myself off doing this.

a couple days earlier i had a mishap with a traffic cone which messed up my original bumper and intercooler. in efforts to keep my insurance premium down, i elected to pay for this out of pocket.

if you can order a complete assembly front japan it will be cheaper.

If you get it directly from a mitsu dealer, can you ask them to install it for you? That way, they won't consider it as "modding" and they won't try to void warranties on some things needlessly.

Looks good, about time you got your replacement bumper. Looking forward to checking it out at the next dinner meet.

Here's a question every seems to need an answer to:

Did it come painted or did you have it painted once you received it?

Steve at Evolution Autosports can purchase brand new OEM peices for you.

Wait time is usually a little bit(3-4 weeks), but it comes brand new from Japan...and painted!
