i have CDA-9855 head unit and im trying to get the i-Personalize to work but i cant even get the program to work on the Alpine site? has anyone ever used this feature?

 

Ive used it on there site. Seems to work fine for me. Then u just go under the advanced menu on ur unit and download it. The 9855 is a hard unit to setup its almost better to just learn how to do it through the menus

 

im sure ill be able to figure it out once i get it to work on the website, but i cant figure out how to get it work on the alpine website.
