The Evo IX bumper in Japan would fit the crash bar in the US or some s**t and mitsu just slapped the VIII's on there again to conform with crash tests.

The regular VIII and IX's are what in Japan is called the GSR. So people here use GSR to differenciate between their cars and RS and MR's.

so in short GSR = regular VIII/IX

Thanks for the nice comments all. I just installed my vortex generator. I have a Buschur TBE for it which will go on as soon as I get some stock base pulls.

 

Very nice pics ! That's my second color choice but I think I will still would wait for a WW since all my cars in the past have been white and are much easier to maintain in my opinion. Keep us updated on the mods.

 

Yea agreed. This was my second fav. I didn't have the option to try other dealers plus I got a deal through where I work. No other dealer had a WW or would let go of their WW car. I almost had one but I guess a rock smacked the hood, windshield and roof on the car carrier and I didn't want a 30K+ new car with a repaint at 0miles.
