are there ANY bodykits that retain the stock beams

hey, im no noob to these forums so please do not bash me with immature "search is ur friend" and other subjects. i have tried searching and all I could find were poepl askin if it retained the stock crash beams.

anyways,

i would like to know what body kits retain the crash beams either in the front, rear, or both.

this could also help everyone else who is lookin into body kits.

for one, i know the cwest does not retain any crash beams.

I've never seen this thread even on the DSM forums back when I had one of those so I doubt anyone will say search. I'm not aware of any, thus the reason my car is still stock bodied. That and nothing fits like stock (any imperfection in body lines will annoy the **** out of me) and I don't want to spend thousands again just to get into a body shop that will make it perfect.

I don't think any aftermarket bumpers retain the crash beam. Considering most of them are JDM, they are not required to run a crash beam. The crash beam is only good for accidents 5 mph or slower anyways.

hey, I got the invader-2 body kit, and it almost kept the crash beems. If i were to make a little more modifications to it, and thin up the kit in the front it would have fit. I was just too anxious to get it on and couldnt wait another 2-3 days . Plus, i have confidence i'm not going to wreck (Knock on wood). Also, the back fit perfect with a little cutting and work to it. Kit fits great, all i have left to do is clear coat it. I can send you pics if you'd like.

Yes, you can retain the reinforcement bar with the Chokets. With a little mods, you can also keep the IC sprayers.

Isn't the rear bumper on that Varis Evo JDM?

So that means it doesn't have a crash beam as well.

Eh, the offerings that retain the stock bumper beam don't excite me at all. I think I'll stick to the OE front and rear ends.

The ings + 1 kit comes with front and rear impact beams. They replace the USDM with JDM ones.
