Night Photoshoot: 42DraftDesigns Gauge Solution

A couple people requested these pics on the thread in the For Sale forum so I decided I might as well throw them up here for all to see. Bear with me, I was using straight up manual focus on my Rebel XT, trying to practice for night time. Some of the pics might be a little blurry, especially far away. Enjoy......

You cant see the arm thing in the guages? That kinda sucks.

I can see it fine . Maybe your monitor just sucks. Like honestly, it is quite readily seen in real life. Seems pretty bright on my monitor too.

Thanks guys. Ya, mine is a touch dimmer too. I think it's just because the light is more dispersed since it has more to light up. Best explanation I could come up with.

u guys and ur cool digi cams my hp digicam is like 3 yrs old and the macro function sucks

im thinking about ordering new gauges from them as well...right now i have the boost gauge that runs up to 25psi, and its harder to see than the 40psi one because 20 is near the bottom and happens to be the smaller number. to top off, the mitsu dealership messed up the oil drane plug for the oil temp gauge so they used an oem one making my oil temp not functioning right now. rather than buying another oil drane plug for it, im thinking i should replace the oil temp gauge with an egt one...what u guys think?

^^^Turn your flash off, and tripods are your friends. Although it's quite a feat maneuvering a tripod around the interior of a car, it can be done.

super05awd, are you using the red or amber LEDS for the gauges?
