let me start but saying " imitation is the largest form of flattery ". all or most of us "lancer" guys want Evo's, we work two jobs and are normaly under the age of 21, i can afford the payments and insurance on $10,000 lancer but not a $30,000 evo so i buy the lancer because it's not you run of the mill civic and it's in the same family as the high and mighty evo. i mod my lancer have a little fun with it and hopfully graduated to an evo. he already admitted that he posted in the wrong section so give him a break. and next time you see a young kid in a nice lancer don't treat him like a second class citizen, give him a little credit. and in closing when you look in the trunk of you evo remember that little chrome badge above Evolution says " Lancer "

And second off, he's not even claiming he's an evo. He admires the look so he goes for it. It's not like he put an "evolution" badge on his car. So you put an S2000 antenna on your car...does that make you a Honda? Your trunk and front doors are the same as the base Lancer...does that make you a wanna-be base Lancer?
