The dvd player is separate, but I like it that way because I can listen to a cd and have video playing at the same time. As for the bumper, it doesn't look bent in person just in the pics for some reason.

take off headlights
get heat gun, heat up glue
pull apart
take off chrome
sand, primer, paint (low gloss black is what we do)
put back together with silicone (black adhesive silicone)
thats it
