Just ordered UK VIII badge..

I'm wondering where the correct place to put it is. I've seen it mounted in different locations on the trunk lid, but I want it to be authentic. I got the real deal one from Lancer shop so I wanna do it right. Can anyone provide pictures?

Can anyone reccomend some type of chemical to remove the adhesive? Maybe if you debadge it right after you get a new one it's okay but on my 03 this stuff is ON THERE. It's like thick putty. I tried heat, razor blade and elbow grease, it just tears paper towels to shreds and nothing seems to take it off. I'm thinking Goo Gone or Goof Off...anyone got ideas?

WD-40 works wonders. Dont worry its not going to make your paint fall off. Just put on a coat of wax when you are done. As you should anyways if you been scrubbing the same spot on the paint.
