I am trying to help out a friend of mine who just bought a used 9 front bumper. This is just a sample pic I got on this forum. Does anyone know where I can get a cap to cover up the hole because the one he bought looks just like the one in the pic and didnt come with a cover. Is there a part number ..can we buy them from mitsubishi dealership?

i would think if your friend bought the mesh package from the dealership it would come with it

 

He bought it used from japan so it doesnt come with anything except the bumper. Can anyone confirm that if you buy the mesh package it will come with the cover for the hole? He paid $200 for the bumper so thats why it didnt come with anything except the bumper.

Mine came wicked white (or unpainted) as well...but I gotta paint em Weightless.

They are where the 2 bolts right by the intercooler is on the EVO VIII bumper.These cover them up.

EDIT:

Yes the Grills equal about $200+ of the conversion.

2- for the nostrils where the intercooler pipes meet
1- where th eemblem goes
1-Over the intercooer
2- (1) over the oil cooler area and (1) for the opp side.

 

sorry im a bit confused. So which part do I need if I want just the 2 front holes covered in the pic? How much is it?

Those part #'s are the 2 caps left and right

I think they were like $8 ea or that was my Delaer to dealer price
