glow shift gauges
I have their gauges and have ran them side by side with autometer version of the same gauge and they are pretty accurate except the A/F gauge. Their A/F Gauge its not a wideband gauge so i guess its ok but the autometer non-wideband A/F gauge was better with readings when I ran it side by side with the GS A/F Gauge (I think it had to do with the GS A/F Gauge being a Needle A/F Guage and the Autometer A/F Gauge being LED "a needle movement can't keep up with the speed of light
". I have the Tinted 7 Color Series A/F, Oil Pres, Oil Temp, Boost, & EGT. The option these gauges have are pretty sweet though for the price and they are very easy to install & read at night, very bright. I would say though if I bought an evo I would not use these gauges on it because the ranges of the gauges they offer are not in the bracket that you would need for an evo go Autometer or Defi definately.

you probably don't want to hear this, but i would not bother with anything that cheap. In the last 6 years or so I've had Greddy warning meters, Defi, Stewart Warner, etc. and after my experiences I will personally never buy a "budget" gauge even again. Only precision, high quality instruments for me.
They're probably fine if you just want gauges for the sake of having them.
If you actually rely on gauges for tuning and safety, don't cheap out, save up for the expensive ones with proven accuracy and useful features, not rice light shows.

+1 the best cheap gauges i've seen are the prosport ones with the recall feature, and the maddad gauges. other wise defi all day. they're a grip, but you get what you pay for. they are so sexy to. i love mine to death
Maybe I just have bad luck with gauges, but I won't buy the glowshift ones again. I had one of the 7 color boost/vac gauges because it was the look I wanted and cheap so I thought I'd try it. When I got my tune AMS told me it was off by 8psi. I contacted the glowshift guys and told them what was going on and how to get it fixed and they pretty much ignored me for a month so I gave up.

With those connections it should turn on electronically, but like i said it jsut depends on where you want to mount your gauge
