first of all make it shorter just enough for you hands to grip it then drill some holes on the sides to make it lighter and finish it of with paint or powder coat it black and you got youself a homemade shifter lol...no forreals though

dont listen to all of these haters man.. yes it is ugly.. no I wouldnt use it.. but you made it yourself and as you learn more and more you stuff will come out better every time.
