overhead mounting pod/domelight replacement gauging interest

i have been making these pods for a long time for the 3kgt, they replaace the factory domelight and add a place for mounting electronics or gauges in the car. After having an evo at the shop yesterday I figured out that these would also work pretty well in the evo since it has a nice flat spot where the factory dome light fits.

I have made these to fit:

blitz sbc-id and powermeter ID
Apexi S-AFC, avcr, etec
3 x 52mm gauges

I just wanted to know if there was any interest with you guys for such a thing,
check out the pics and let me know!!

very nice idea. how well does that area hold weight though, curious if it would hold gauges prefferably 60 mm

no chrome though

yes I can
I will dig up some more photos guys

One thing I want to know, can one of you pop out your sunroof switch that is up there?? I want to know what sort of swich I need to intergrate that function into this domelight holder. I need to know how many pins, and if its a momentary or latching switch.

that looks pretty damn good, i would think it would be hard though to wire some of these devices from up there though.

running wires behind the headliner is not difficult, I would say that it would only be a matter of extending some wires to reach that area
