Woah that Lancer gave me chills down the spine its so nasty. Should have put that money into a bank account (to buy EVO) :-)

 

I just wanna say thanks to the evo guys who are sticking up for thier little lancer brothas.

 

All you lancer haters, you suck. Some people might not be fortunate enough to afford an evo so they get somethin as close to it as they can. If I couldn't afford an evo I'd getta lancer too.

dont blame it on the car model (lancer), blame it on mitsubishi for the low quality standard. but then again never in a million yrs!! did you just said that your car is based on a lancer?

 

first I would like to thank everyone for making this thread very entertaining for everyone to read. I am just not feeling the red on the car. new wheels and a drop should make the car look even better. My neighbor has a silver lancer es and to me the silver does not look bad at all. So far all the lancer drivers es to evo9 as long as you are happy with your car tell the haters to ______________________ (well I will let you fill in the blank)

To the ignorant Evo ****** on here...remember that (as several other level headed owners have said) not every one can drop the $$ for a $30k car and if they can build they own over time...nothing is wrong with that.

To the lancer owners out there...keep it real guys/gals don't mind these some of these people on their high horses....and for the well modded ones...if you manage to knock one or two of these peeps on here off their horses on the street more power to ya

 

ok ok....its not that wouldt couldt aford one....the insurnace is a killer maily....but ive spent about $11,000 in mods on my car and love it everyday.....ist that what counts??

 

I own an Evo, but would never buy a lancer. Don't take that as a negative statement. Nothing in the regular lancer entices me. I bought the Evo because of it's capabilities. AWD Turbo? yes please. FWD anemic NA? No sir. ...I forget sometimes that I own a Mitsubishi. It's just an EVO for me.

But if you put your money and heart into your car, who cares what other people think. You did it to make yourself happy, not others. Just enjoy your car, and screw what other people are saying. If it bothers you, then it's probably time to change.
