What do you have to refute it? Do you know why Mitsu is going down the tubes? Because all of their cars SUCK!!

You say the Lancer is the worst car on the road? Do you know how extreme that is? What about the cars that are 20-30 years old, falling apart. Are the worse than those too? What about KIA's and Hyundai's?

Mitsu is not going down the tube because of ONE of their cars (Lancer), they are going down the tubes because of the car defect scandal and the general way they handled their business. And if their cars suck so much, WHY ARE YOU DRIVING ONE??? Go buy a Civic

 

I never denied anything. I do agree with what you said here. But I still love my car. It does have a crappy interior, so I made it look better. It does have crappy paint, so I had it repainted. It is rather slow, so I'm saving up for a turbo kit. But you know what? Nothing beats admitting your faults/weaknesses and strengthening them!

Oh... just for the record, did you realize what you were saying here:

If you take the performance of the Evo away from it, guess what? It is a crappy car- like the Lancer.

Read before you speak. ONE of the worst. And I meant new cars. Sorry if I have to clarify everything for you. Kias and Hyundais have caught up buddy, they're just as good as the Mitsus.

Like I said, ALL of Mitsu's cars suck. Their sales are horrible and that is only compounding the other problems they have.

Believe me, buying a Mitsu was tough for me, but it's worldclass performance won me over - and it's the only vehicle in Mitsu's current lineup that offers such.

I think you don't understand what denial means. I told you the Evo is a crappy car w/o the performance it has. What am I in denial about?

 

Oh yeah... did you also realize that you drive an EVO VIII? Did you know that an EVO IX is in fact BETTER than your car?

Lancer ES = POS
Lancer OZ = POS
Lancer RA = A bit better
Lancer Evo VIII (anja's car) = Awesome but...
Lancer Evo IX = Faster than anja's car

The price you pay for a Lancer you actually get a really good product. What exactly do you have to complain about them?

Oh yeah... I do have to say (in my opinion) that the most likely reason why Mitsu is going down is because of how they handled their business. Our cars do have some terrible defects, and they handle warranty issues in a shady way. So I don't blame consumers for turning towards other car companies that handle their business better than Mitsu.

But on the other hand, I've never really ran into some problems with my own car. So I can't say that my car is downright ****ty.
