Wingless is always nice.

Did you have your trunk filled and painted? Kinda looks off.

Mine is a shade off too.

Enjoy!!!!!!!

Thanks! I bought a wingless trunk with no holes. Need to keep my stock trunk/wing for track sessions. Had it painted factory color code A31. Yeah the finish is slighlty off.

I live in so cal too. I have a rally red wingless trunk from an RS that i want to get painted white to match my car. How much did you pay for the respray and where did you get it done if you don't mind me asking? I also need to get the release setup so i can just swap out trunks quickly.

See, that would drive me nuts. But then, I wouldn't be taking my wing off anyway. You can't just paint a body piece off a car and stick it on and have it match, it has to be blended - but then you'd have to blend your winged trunk too if you planned on swapping back and forth and I don't think that is possible.

As long as you guys are happy

You should get the exact color code from the dealer then any reputable body shop can match it. I had it painted by my local body shop. Goodluck!
