I love the direction I am headed and do not regret this mod. It's just different for my AREA at the least. It's an attention getter.

I really did expect the flaming, even for the stickers, but I think everyone is entitled their opinion regardless if I like it or not. If I had a problem with negativity, I would not have posted the pics. I don't feel I have to explain why I do/did certain things. I do what I do for many reasons and this is not a novel of my life.

I think the results I got were what i expected, although a ton more posts then I thought I'd get.

I like this, you like that, what's wrong with that? If we all liked the same things, then guess what, our cars would be THE SAME!!!!

 

The only car that would look COOL with lambo doors is the little Benz two-door so that it could look like the McClaren SLR. I wonder how long till this makes it on other boards where people can laugh at us...

That answer is no. I do have a CATBACK exhaust but I don't consider it a FART CAN and consider it only a mild upgrade to the stocker.

For the record I'm only CATBACK because I don't have time to get it ref'd when I get pulled over and I can't afford tickets for BS like this. I do like the sound of the exhaust as it's not RICEY at all. The increase in performance as we all know is minimal without other mods.

It's all about reality. If I wanted a racecar, I would have built a racecar.

but seriously, it's your car, and you can do what you want to it. I've seen some pretty nasty rims on evos on here, but hey... it's a free country.


on the other hand, you did post on evom for opinions, and that's what you're getting. Here's mine: IMO, it's pretty damn ricey. It's like a person I saw on the road with duct tape that covered their entire car because they didn't want to paint it. It gets attention, but is that the attention you want?

Luckily, if you don't like my car, it's only when it's parked and the doors are open, I think it's a bit harsh to relate that to a car covered in duct tape... just my .025...
