Congrats! 405 on 93 octane is fantastic. It is higher than what mine was before I took it to the Maters at Buschur to be retuned.

Hey Brandon.....I don't think I'll be in town next weekend. I totally forgot about the Winged Warrior event going on so my wife is pissed that I probably won't be going ot the wedding with her.

Just give me a call and I'll let you know when you get into town.

I mean, if the goal was max power on pump gas and 22psi is what achieved this goal. With nothing else in view for the future, would the stock turbo, or even maybe just a 20g-9 at most be a better option?

I'm just trying to find justification for a turbo of this magnitude being put on such a low boost application. It seems like all that was accomplished was slower spool and throwing money away.

I'm not bashing, i'm just wondering.
Glad no one was too rough on you - sounds like you're new.

22PSI on a big turbo makes alot more power than 22psi on a 16G. This same car with a 16G at 22psi on pump gas would probably make somewhere in the neighborhood of 280whp on Buschur's dyno (+/- 20whp). So, with her making over 60% more than that, you can see the big turbo was not a waste.

Buy you are correct, that with some race gas we could see some even bigger numbers!

No, not you. KOEVO that I quoted above for for thinking your results were less than great for being on pump gas.

Congratulations again! I just got my car back from Buschur. I made 360whp on C16, so now I think I can fully appreciate just how fast +450whp is on that dyno! Much less on PUMP GAS. They sure do a great job there.
