Btw, can you explain what you mean by "full weight"? It's obviously not full weight if it's only 3145lbs. It does depend on how full your gas tank was, but my car at race weight gets no lower than 3155 (3375 w/me) with the gauge on "E," the floor mats removed, and the trunk completely empty. Does that mean I'm full weight?

EvoRecordSetter, I give the same advice to people every week. Many Evo owners actually think they know how to drive because they take corners hard on the street, then they want to toss on springs to make the car look better and "handle" better, but they wouldn't have a clue if handling hit them in the face.

Hopefully, our boy here did his RobiSpec setup to improve his already-awesome track times. I will be looking to do the same at the end of this race season, but I still have not learned to outdrive the stock MR suspension yet.
I'll clarify "full-weight."

Full interior … down to front and rear floormats, owner's manual, registration, proof of insurance, Mini Maglite®, and Mapquest directions to Robi's shop. Just under 1/2 tank of gas, so let's say 7/16 tank.

Moving to the trunk, the carpet panels were removed from the trunk sides when the rear aluminum brace was installed. The masonite panel that covers the spare tire as well as the carpet that sits above it was out of the trunk, but was set on top of the roof during the setup of the suspension, so it was included in the weight. The spare tire, jack, and lug-wrench was removed as it would be at a track event. Washer fluid reservoir was nearly full. Car weighed in at 3145 lbs.

I figured I'd go through the stock Advans first and replace them with some 255 RA1s. I'll burn through a couple sets of 255s, then go with heavier spring rates, roll the fenders and run some 275s on a new set of rims. Not sure if I'll go 17s or 18s with the 275s. That won't be for a while though.

I believe it's 35% all the way around. It was done by the dealership, so I'm assuming it's legal.

The GReddy Ti is loud and resonates in the interior. It'll suit you if you like it loud.

I'm not really planning on doing much for power mods. I'm currently running a WORKS dp and a 3" hi-flow cat along with the GReddy. A flash, boost controller and possibly an intake is all I'm planning for. Then eventually a radiator, intercooler, and possibly larger oil cooler. That's about it.

Wow, the stance on that car is amazing. The wheels and the low ride height really set it off. Love the pictures from far away.
