My improved heat shield...
I finally got my sandblaster finished and got my powder coating setup up and running. I tried it out on the stock exhaust manifold heat shield. It would look better/closer to chrome if i put clear on it, but i dont have any right now. I also need to coat the bolts holding it on. When i did this it was the "trial & error" phase to see what happens. It turned out pretty good for the first time.

I just started yesterday..lol I've got some wheels and a vlave cover that im doing in bronze. As for colors i'll do them when i have something to do in that specific color. I plan on finding a red that matches our valve covers and play around with some different things...

Very good for your first time I have been doing it for about a year now wanted to try my friends heat shield but is that high temp powder? if not let me know how it holds up to the heat.
