Hi guys im considering getting a carbon fiber center console made by ralliart.



But this center console is made for a evo MR and i have a GSR so i was wondering would it be possible for me to install this in my evo IX if i were to just get a evo MR shift boot?

And also ive noticed that since the evo MR has the little ring thing for reverse the shift boot is lower. Does anyone know if i can jsut raise the boot a litte if i dont have the ring, is the boot to small to do that? or can i not even adjust it?

I just dont like how the evo GSR has that little Circle bezel.. it makes the shifter look tiny and dinky. Or i might be jsut too nit picky. But im not that motivated to go and change it just yet since i dont even know where i can order one of these carbon fiber center panels. If any of you know where i can get one please tell, thanks.

Anyone know where i can get this knob? ive seen the Black and White ones but never this aluminum one! it looks TOO GOOD IMO i really love it and would buy it in an instant if i knew where i could get one. Proabbyl only japan.. sigh...

 

also the cigarette lighter and ash tray are swaped in the pic compared to the USDM ones...so idk how that will work out

 

It'll work i think someone on this forum has actualyl done it before with oen of these crabon fiber center consoles. he got it from gruppe-s i believe but they onyl had one!? so yeah actualyl i wonder if they can get more since they already got that one before...

Yea im pretty sure they arent real carbon fiber but it looks freakin good especially since the evo interior is pretty bland.

It will not bolt straight up...I believe there were some clearance issues and the peice did not sit flush on the console..

The OEM console can be so easily scratched....

 

do you know if the shift knob will fit on a regualar EVO? not the MR EVO?

 

Itll definetely fit the evo gsr its just a knob im thinking about getting it but i jsut ordered the top secret knob... didnt notice it takes 2-3 months for that knob to come so debating wether or not to get this knob too haha..

Hmm this console wont sit flush? thats odd.. i mean it is made by ralliart...
