Mine turned this way on it's own. The black paint simply wore off. So mine looks silver now and I put 0 effort into it whatsoever!

I had a couple ralliart vinyl decals made at a local shop using an .eps from brandsoftheworld.com. I sand blasted the vent, and had it painted black. Then I cut the decal in half and laid it out like the real Ralliart one. Then I had it painted again in that silver-ish color. Peeled off the decals and the finished product is a fake Ralliart hood for the cost of paint...
