I have an Evo IX with the leather shift knob and have an opportunity to purchase the silver knob from an Evo VIII. Is the Evo VIII "weighted" like some of the aftermarket ones I have seen? Any opinions on feel? I am not a big fan of the leather one I have. Thanks.

 

If you don't like the leather one then get a new one! How does it feel? I think that comes down to personal preference. I have a Greddy counter weight shift knob and I like it.
