All those welds look nice. Why are there so many of them? Is ARC against mandrel bending their piping? It's a truly beautiful piece. I'm just trying to understand their philosophy. Seems pretty labor intensive and reflects in the high price tag.

Sexy exhaust nonetheless!

Mandrel bends are for the weak. Section welding puts hair on your knuckles.

LOL, dammit, I was gonna make the same comment when i read the first page. "what is it that arc has against mandrel bending, haha" Have you seen their race car? all the intercooler piping is section welded and titanium as well
