It looks like one of the many Seibon creations!

edit: I looked up the Kaminari hood, and it does look REALLY close. It may be the pic, but it looks more extreme than that.

If it is the Kaminari, I would love to get a Fiberglass version and paint it EB to match my car. I think that would look badass!!!
