You have so many good mods... sounds like a turbo swap is next in the list. You wouldn't have to worry about the FD after that!

i just love seeing the FD's done right, nice and clean. The headlight conversion is beautiful too. I wouldn't mind owning one if they werent so hard to work on and keep up, as far as issues with the car goes.

Close...it's a '93 R1. I think he got it from down south somewhere. He's had it for a number of years now.

My friend (with the FD) went down to the shootouts, however I wasn't able to make it because I had to work. I had a RR evo back then anyway - I got this thing after I sold my turbo ITR (which made it into HondaTuning's July '06 issue ) and my DD to get down to one car. I'd like to make this year's shootout, but doubt I will be able to since I am taking a LONG vacation the week before and can't afford any more time off of work.

I like your fenders

Thanks - I don't have any BETTER pictures than the ones I've posted before. If you search around on this site you can find a nice group of pics from a guy with a silver evo, and the fenders show their lines much better in his pictures (and on a lighter car)

man... you need to slam that thing
All in good time. I'm going to keep it like this until next spring, then I'll be looking at springs

me too! Chris Sanders does some great work, and I don't hang out with ricers Not sure what you mean when you talk about the headlight conversion...and I know all about the FD's problems (especially when you're not the original owner and the previous ones have abused the car). I put 3 engines in mine in less than 6 months a few years ago. Then I sold it, but still maintain a healthy love and respect for the car. I just got a lemon with issues.
