I'd expect it to be painted, being Volk … at least I would hope. But I don't know.

Those are really nice rims, and this is just my opinion. Why order the CE 28n Time Attack if you don't want the red strip? Isn't the red strip around the black rim make Time Attack series unique and stands out from the rest of the other Volks?

Well, I believed Mackin got more than 200 Time Attack Orders, and I'm the only guy who ordered it without the red stripe!

NOT TIME ATTACKS!!!! not even the same finish dude.. those have a dull black gloss coat and the attacks are a flat, much deeper black (with the red stripe).. i saw them originally at sema in nov.05 and fell in love.. your's are just a black ce-28... still cool! just not time attacks!...
fyi, if your willing to wait, mackin offers the ce-28 in any color you want in the rainbow!(which not to your knowledge happend to you!)
what make's the "time attack" a "time attack" is the flat jet black color and the very distinctive red stripe....
i've had these wheels on order for months now. i spoke to mackin industries the other day and the only shippment to hit the u.s. containing time attacks will be arriving in early august. there was a large order of stock ray's wheels holding the whole thing up!
sorry dude, "not time attacks" but still a very nice wheel!..........
