Custom Fiberglass ash tray gauge pod

I know there have been several people looking for a simple yet effective gauge mounting solution. I came up with the idea of replacing the ash tray as I have never once used it.

Here are some picstures I took the other day when I was bored at work...

I will be producing these gauges on a "made to order" status. The price is tenatively set at $60.00 which will include the pod, mounting strap, and 100% guarantee that the pod will fit as I will be test fitting every single pod in my car before shippment.

PM me for payment details and the description of what size pod you want and the type of finish you are looking for.

Here is a list of the people that are interested in purchasing one of these:

All it takes is a glance with the angle that it sits at....

you look down to look at gauges that are in the radio panel and anywhere else...this is just a clean solution to mount a gauge...

Thanks...I never use the thing so I figured I would make good use of the space

Haha, I have thought about producing these...but it is time consuming. If there is a big enough interest I can make them for people....

Why is it a bad location? Your oil pressure isnt just going to drop all of a sudden during normal driving, so you dont need to stare at it. And after/during a hard pull it simply takes a glance to see where the needle is.

You dont have to look over anymore than you do wth the craig hardy gauge panel, radio relocation kit, autometer gauge pods...etc

How much? Can you paint it to match the gray color and not black?

Im saying for me it would be a bad location. I have one guage and that is a boost gauge that is mounted to the windshield itself. To me, anything you have to look down that far at when your driving is not a great location. The stock guages in the lower panel, also a horrible location IMO.

Not trying to offend, just my opinion. Like I said, excellent idea.
