[Update:11/Sep]Finally got my key from JDM Evo9
just got it today, it was just awesome! I love it, much better than the USDM one. the USDM one just makes you like a truck driver... 
anyway, the key comes w/ remote,LED lights, chrome Mitsubishi logo. will go to Mitsubishi work shop to cut and reprogram next week. heres some pics:

ok guys since many ppl ask me to get one for them, so I spoken to my japanese friend, and he called me last night, he says only can get 6 for me. price is $160inc shipping. thats the best I can do. PM me if interested. thanks.

guys, the problem is, in Mitsubishi Japan, if u want to purchase a JDM key, u must have your JDM vehicle VIN number proof. thats why you couldnt find it from any vender in US. I got my one because one of my friend he is a sales in Mitsubishi Japan. for 1 is quite easy, for 10 or 20...I'm not sure...I'll contact him see what he can do, if possible, I'll organize a GB. I let you know within 2~3days.
