500 miles and first rock chip

Some of you may have read the thread about my recent accident with my '05 VIII. You may also have read how I got a nice IX to replace it. Well, the car has just about 500 miles on it yet, and the hood already has its first rock chip.

I knew it was bound to happen some day, but already?! Sheesh. So anyways, I'm just looking for some advice on the best way to fill/touch up a chip of this type. It appears that it's not completely down to the metal, but it looks as though it's deep enough to be able to see the primer, or whatever else is under the black paint.

Here's a few pics (click on them for a higher res version)...

Sorry for the quality, but that's the best I can do with my little Cannon digicam. Thanks for any advice.

i've learn to deal with it or pay for a clear bra. touch up paint from the dealer ship and some wet sanding should do the trick
