I think thats a canadian for 2 reasons.............A) they dont get the EVO there and that building a fake would make sense and B) Canadians are odd creatures, probably do it even if he could buy a real EVO just to say " Gotcha eh?"

OK, that is not Canada. They don't have plates like that. It is Euro. It is a good job of convering the RA to a WEVO. Damn waste of money. Just save up and buy a fuggin RS. I think that is not Big16G in the pics. I think he has an EVO.
Oh yea, canada is also not Right hand drive.

Its mine - its a UK Lancer. Albeit a heavily modified one! People are familar with me in the Ralliart forums, but I've never posted in the Evo section, because I know what most of you will say...
I have had some nice comments from Evo owners however when I meet them at petrol stations, obviously I comment on how they can swap anytime they want!
Mine started life as a 1.6 however it is now a 2.4 4G69 (an engine we dont have in the UK) - I swapped the engine to go a different root, as I was limited with a 1.6 4G18.
The appearance of the car was down to me being a guinea pig for Accolade and Cerious. They wanted to replicate the Evo IX - I said yeah I'd do it, and it only cost about $200 for each part.
Why have I done this? Well its fun, and different! It's nice to be able to turn a 96bhp car into what will eventually be a 260bhp one once the RRM turbo kit is on.
It may look like its trying to be an Evo - but it says Evo no where on it, what its trying, and suceeding at, is being the UK's fastest and probably most striking Lancer.
Heres my engine at the moment if your interested:
