remove the 2 10mm nuts and 2 10mm bolts under the deck and bump stops then with a lil force pull straight up. it should be stuck on with double sided tape

kinda pry back and forth on it, also use a hairdryer to heat up the tape. just be sure not to dent the deck lid... aluminum dents easy

It's better if you have a friend (two would be even better) to help you and if it's been in the sun to soften it up. Unscrew all the bolts. Now the tricky bit.

You'll need some insulated wire to "cut" through the tape. As your friend is pulling on the wing, use the wire and a flossing/pulling motion to separate them. If you have a 2nd friend, have them push down on the trunk as the tape is strong enough to screw up your trunk lid.

It's pretty easy, and should take no more than 5 minutes.

Flossing is always a good technique, then follow with some mild detergent and water to clean the residue. If you got OCD, then get some painter tape for the holes left behind.
