Headlight Chrome - Paint or Not?

I am painting my headlights this weekend. I will be blacking out the entire chrome housing, and putting back the amber parking light piece. I need you to help me choose what to do with the lower turn signal chrome piece. The choices are:

1. Paint the lower turn signal chrome piece to black, or

2. Leave the lower turn signal chrome piece as chrome (like the IX), or

3. Paint the lower tun signal chrome piece to orange.

The car is a WW Evo. Which of the above would look good on the WW??

I took mine out because I broke it on the first headlight. It still looks/functions good without it....probably the same if you blacked it out.
