As for factory mud flaps, I had to get some molded generic ones at Pep Boys, which came out pretty good for my OZ. The factory ones only fit the ES and LS models - they don't work with the OZ side skirts so I'm guessing they won't fit with the Evo either. I don't have pics of mine yet, but if I take any in the next few days, I'll post here to show them.

I spoke to RMR on AIM earlier this afternoon and I asked him if they carry any kind of mud flaps. He said no - but he did say that a customer wanted one and that they are building them for THAT customer. He also said that if the demand is large for them that they'll make a street kit and sell it to the public. Soo I suggest, if you want RMR to build them, shoot them an email. Hopefully we'll flood them w/ soo much email, they'll actually make one for the Lancer.

Well, it's been more than a few days, but I did just add a pic of my mud flaps in my profile... and attached one as well. The fitment really isn't half bad for $15 at Pep Boys. And it's really nice having somewhat clean sides again.

There's a lot of rocks in Oklahomo, and when I drive lets say, to Oklahomo City...I keep getting chips on my door.

Well, rocks too I suppose... but my mud flaps are for mud. I'm sick of always having caked on mud covering the sides of my car from normal driving. The mud flaps I put on stop that.

So in conclusion, we'd have to get mudflaps from Japan? Any other color besides black would look gay on my car.

I went and bought some universal mud flaps from Pep Boys. They are called "style 1". I did have to cut them and Dremel them to get them to fit perfectly. I am very happy with how they turned out. They are contured to fit the body and they are mounted very securely. I used stainless screws where needed...
