The problem is the Evo just isn't an inexpensive car to own.. Maintainance and repairs can be somewhat expensive, and insurance and car payments for some of you guys is outrageous. I give some of you younger guys doing it yourself alot of credit. Its certainly a huge money pit to get yourself into if you don't have a career and stable income.

What I noticed is the garages.. Where I live, its rare to be able to get a really nice house and good garage, and a piece of property that can be affordable. If i went to texas or ohio, the money I spent on my property would buy me a 2500-3000sqft house on a few acres, and a bit left over to build a shop large enough to house all of my projects at the same time.

i agree with you though, some of these garages are really nice!
