probably cuz the centers are plastic and not metal therfore cant be powdered I did paint mine though with automotive paint and you cant tell the diffrence in black from my powdered rims to the painted black center. will try to get some pics of mine up l8r.

I have the center caps, but I just haven't gotten around to painting them yet. I'm going to do them all black with the mitsubishi logo in red.

$50 each, which included stripping them down and powdercoating them.

EDIT:: Oh, and I added a little something to flow with the black/blue theme today too. (flat black vinyl overlay on the front emblem)
