Oopps... kinda forgot all about this thread.... I made it the night before I went to Miami and haven't been around a computer. Anyways thanks for all the compliments and to answer some of the questions, in terms of the front bumper if I'm in an accident then hopefully it will be minor or I get T-boned
but all in all I spoke with a body shop guy and he said that since I kept the both sides it will help in lower impact accidents from doing any real damage but in a bad crash that bar doesn't save to much so I feel alittle better
but I really like the look so much better with it cut out. As for the grill I like it out and everyone who was there the night of the install liked it as well. I must have put the front bumper on and off 8 times taking things off and then re-installing them again to see which way I liked better, in the end I think I my choice not to put the grills back in and cutting the center section out of the steel bumper looks the sickest, by doing so it opened up the front mount tremendously ie. functionally and aesthetically. Yes that Snap On torque drill is a life saver!!! If anyone is thinking about getting one do yourself a favor and buy one... they are a little more then say a commercially available unit at Sears but well worth the money if you wrench on your own car. I can't tell you how much time it saves especially if you don't have a air compressor with air tools and its even a better choice sometimes since its so easy to use without the hinder of a air hose, I love the thing
Thanks again for all the compliments,
Joe
