It was a cool new experience because I've never been on a set before. On my car, the guy is acting like he's changing out the rear brake pads. The camera shoots the makeshift garage behind the car and pans down so you'll see the spoiler, quarter panel, and then him. He then says "These people sure know what they're doing." Man! I could of done that!

They also shot a truck with a guy under it and he says "We carry more parts than anyone." The last car they shot was a convertible VW bug and a lady is pouring windshield wiper fluid into the reservoir. I left so I don't know her lines. Its supposed to take a month for them to edit, cut, and air the commercial. It should be out sometime around Christmas so keep your eye out. Its probably a regional and not a national commercial. I'm getting a copy, I can't wait to see it. Pics below...tell me what you guys think.

How long did they have you car on set for?

 

About 4 hours. They shot a truck first, had a lunch break, then shot mine.

Yeah, they were acting so its not very accurate and taking off the wheels was as far as I would let them go.
