I knew that, but I was wondering if it helped the hot air flow out more effeciently or allow cooler air to be blow on the engine

RMR was a rally race supplier and used the hood scoop on their rally evo 7's. It fits right on the evo 8. It still allows for heat disipation on half of the opening and the other half is for cool air to be sucked in and deposited directly on the (HKS super suction) intake. will this help evo's with stock intake?... No! you must have an after market or tuner intake system. Here is a picture of the underside of the hood.

I'm not even sure if they sell this anymore. Rhy's millen is more into drifting now than evo's

Im too, but I have always liked this and wanted it, but not for the money, ...beautiful car btw...
