Taking care of rally red?

I am signing papers for a 03 rally red evo today. It has 31,000 and the paint is in pretty good shape. I know the basics of detailing and the importance of waxing and all, but Im wondering if thats all I can do to prevent my car from turning pink and is there stuff that blocks uv rays better then your standard meguiars and turtle waxes?

that's about it. I use meguiars tech paste a few times a year. the door handles and mirrors will be the first to cross over to the ghey side. one more reason im glad i have an RS.

he was saying the red on the handles and mirrors will be the first to fade and turn pink and be ghey, not grey they will fade first cause its abs or some sort of plastic and not steel or aluminum.

Not an issue since RR doesn't have a clear coat.

Go with a claybar first and use it with the provided wet detailer. Then go with Zymol! I love this stuff and I have my paint now where I get no pink residue after polishing and waxing. Here are some pics of my last detail service for my evo.

Don't wax every wash.....not necessary. Wax every couple of months and you will be fine.

Here is a pic of my 03.
