I installed this plug and play kit about 3 weeks ago into my 06 EVO IX and it worked very well until a couple days ago when I noticed the front driver's light is more dim than the front passenger light, however, they both fire up as usual. Anyone have an idea about what's going on? Thanks in advance guys and gals

 

Try switching the bulbs. Right bulb to left housing and left to right housing. If the drivers side is still dimmer, you know its ballast related. If the pass. side is dimmer after, then its the bulb. If both start acting up, check your installation and pray that its not the product thats bad. Good Luck.

 

yes, im going to have to argee with buddy above, could be the bulbs or the ballasts check all the connections out

 

i have the mccoulugh whatever brand HID kit from hidplace.com and my pass bulb is very dull, until a couple days ago when it completely went dead !!!!!!! i only had the kit for a year and some months, out of warranty, SHI* out of LUCK ! very unhappy and wont but ever again from HIDPLACE.com.

 

Thanks guys, some how the bulb was a bit loose thus it did not focus correctly out the projector. I didnt have time to look closely until today but it seems to be normal now.
