I hope I never see someone driving down the highway with that thing on their car. It's ugly, I'm sure very functional but damn ugly.

Plus if you think you get hassled by cops and civic owners now, throw that thing on and you'll see how bad it can get.

That wing is not over the center of the car. It is just about over the center of the rear axle but, still in the rear. I don't think there would be an appreciable difference in aerodynamic balance between the two setups.

I know the 2 element wing would be easier to tune the aero balance through either angle of attack or wickerbills than the WRC wing which, is made to work with the rest of the aero package the WRC car runs.

I think it is a cool idea but, not really practical when you consider the whole picture.

yes it's the regular lancer just like the first 6 lancer evolutions and its not the lan-evo. currently, mitsubishi's WRC car is called lancer WRC.

Do regular lancers have a four lug pattern for the wheel? Why a four lug on the WRC car?

yes, non-evo lancers have 4 lugs.... and the wing is actually part of a secret effort by domestic car companies to get all import drivers so many tickets that they cannot drive. Thus, clearing the roads for their all important domestics.
