where can we go those water proof ballasts/kits? any particular brand that stands out from all those that are available these days?

The ones I got from hid expert are all-in-ones. Plug and play. You just need to find somewhere to zip ties your ballast behind or under the headlights.

Is there a way I can just change the Bulb to make it "look like" an HID kit. Sounds like rice but its not because it still serves the purpose. If so, what brand of bulb should I get? anyone have these???

I only want my lights to be more brighter

You can get close to the color (kalvin) output of a HID kit but you will nenver get close to the lumes it puts out, you best bet would be to try nokias or silverstars, they both burn out pretty fast though, 3-6 month life to be exact. Just go with a HID kit cuz buying those blubs regularaly will cost you more money in the end.
