I was not talking about stretched tires, but rather quality of tire.
I am one of those people with "another set for track." If they really have those, why don't they post those instead of their cheap street/looks ones? Maybe because they don't have them after all?
I run somewhat stretched tires too, and I race on them frequently.
I still daily drive on decent tires though, and have several sets for that as well.
I know some people want to run "cheap beater tires" on the street, but whether on street or track, quality and appropriate selection of tire always > size of tire, period.
I was just disappointed to see this tread go from almost all aggressive AND functional, AND high quality AWESOME, to non-performance, non-aggressive, completely irrelevant FAIL.
Sorry I was being a bit negative and belligerent about it. There are some exceptionally well set up cars in here.

but anyways for a minute i thought you were talking about the STRETCHED tires in here just like every other track/auto-x "guru's" in the end you can't make everyone happy...
