All you silly kids with your little 18X10s and stretched 275s... Evo's are performance cars, why are you limiting performance... Function is form, stop doing things half-assed.

I think a 18x10.5 +35 could fit on a factory body with modified rear trailing links and 25mm spacers up front... maybe some added caster and shortened springs for inboard clearance. Unfortunately the only wheel that fits that bill is a CCW... and I'm not sure the extra money is worth it to say you have 295's that aren't pooched.
I think the Reese tuning Evo has it right. 285/30/18's on an 18x10 seems to fit the best on factory panels with a good roll and reasonable suspension geometry.
I'll probably buy 285's next time around... and have a few more mm of clearance for the Hoosiers to move around.

Lol, reading comprehension owns you.
Pics are in response to:
The pictures show exactly what they were intended to; minimal stretch.
On a side note, but related, the suspension gap is due to a) the Ohlins not being installed yet and b) the engine/tranny/t-case being out of the car.

you think a 275 would be ok on an 18x10?
It should be ok. I have 265 on my 9.5 and the tire stretch is minimal.

Back on topic, 275's on 18x9.5 +27 NT03's (10mm spacer up front), proper photoshoot later next week after the car comes back from the bodyshop.
