There's no spacers needed when you run offset in +15 range.

you can run 18x10.5s +15 as well.

quick pic

Here's a quick pic of my Enkei NT03+M +27 offset 10mm spacers in the front rims are 18''x9.5''

I usually don't care for chrome, even black chrome, especially on an Evo, but that GG pulls it off nicely...I like the contrast of the GG and chrome in this case.
