255 is aggressive on stock wheels, so being 'slammed' isnt going to help you be aggressive in that sense as 255's are meant to be aggressive in the grip department. Couldnt tell you if you will have rubbing issues being slammed on stock wheels with 255's...

 

If your gonna be "slammed" why not just go all out with the rest of the morons and get a 10" wheel with a 215 tire stretched on there, haha.

I just picked up a set of black bbs wheels. They have 255/40 potenza on them. My car isnt slammed, but it is lowered.

 

that's a good looking tire size. do you have any rubbing lock to lock on the inner fenders?

 

So far, no. I havnt driven it a whole lot yet on this setup though.
