What's the offset looking to run some 18×10.5 +25 SSR Type-f's with the same size tires

 

What the offset I'm thinking about running some SSR type-f's same size wheels and tires with+25 offset

 

So I'm looking into buying some SSR type f wheels in 18×10.5 +25 with hankook rs3 in 275/35 just wondering if I'll be hitting the rear trailing arms or if I'll need spacers in the front. If I don't get these I'll be picking up a set of advan rg d's in 17×9.5 +25 and I'll be running 275/40 nt03's on those.
I have the fender mod kit and I'll be rolling/pulling the rears for sure. Any input would be great.

Anyone know where I can get these wheels? And would they fit on my ix mr without any rubbing? :P

They are 10.5", they will rub and may need over-fenders depending on the offset that they are available in...
