I'm about 15 seconds, people are going to start telling you to post pics, since they are all too lazy to look for these themselves.

Go with the BBS LMs. I like those.

I voted for the CE28N's but since you have a white Evo, I would choose either the Ralliart Evolution R-01 in white (made by Ray's) or the Enkei WRC Tarmac in white like on s4awd's car.

don't go with the rays, only because they look too common on the evo. the volk 28 whatever's would be different, and look really sweet imo.

 

GTCs are verra nice, and so are the RC-IIs (but not in bronze aka/pimp gold).

Nothing like peer pressure.

I like the CE28N, I think you can get them in gunmetal with a polished lip. I would love to see how they looked on a rally red evo! For a white car though, I would go with the GT-C's. Vividracing's white evo with bronze SE37A looks surprisingly good too. Really hard to go wrong with Volks.

 

Does anyone know the weight on those GT-Cs?

Nice balance of street and Rally. In my opinion Lancers come from a Rally heritage so you would be doing the Lancer more justice with those CE-28s while still maintaing some street appeal.
